OSM-100 System

    • The ATI OSM-100 System is the original NESHAP filter system tested under the 319 method for existing paint booths.
    • The OSM-100 is a two-stage system consisting of a pre-filter pad followed by a two pocket bag filter. It is a self-sealing and self-supporting system that allows upgradingyour existing paint booth overspray collection system without any structural modifications. The OSM-100 system is especially effective on high solids paints.
    • First Stage – The Ultra™ pre-filter pad (purple and white) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
    • Second Stage – The OSM-100 two pocket bag filter (yellow and white) is a four ply product consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side and a needled fiber media on the air leaving side with a latex foam backing for excellent particle retention on smaller particles. The OSM-100 bag can exceed NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the pre-filter.

OSM-200 System

    • The ATI OSM-200 System is NESHAP compliant tested under the EPA Method 319.
    • The OSM-200 is a two-stage system consisting of an Ultra pre-filter media pad or blanket followed by a OSM-200, 4-ply self supported multi-pocket filter.
    • First Stage – The Ultra pre-filter (installed in pad or pre-cut blanket form) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
    • Second Stage – The final filter is a four ply self supported OSM-200 pocket filter consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side along with an added tackifier on the air leaving side of the pre-filter layer. The final layer is a tightly needled fiber media on the air leaving side for particle retention. The OSM-200 bag can exceed NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the pre-filter.
Test Method 319:

A-3000 System

    • The ATI A-3000 System is the NESHAP system of choice for new paint booths.
    • The A-3000 is a three-stage system consisting of a pre-filter pad, followed by a two pocket bag filter, followed by a five pocket bag filter. The A-3000 system is ideal for a VOC incineration system or in a painting or de-painting recirculation system where almost total elimination of particulate is required.
    • First Stage – The Ultra pre-filter pad (purple and white) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
    • Second Stage – The OSM-100 two pocket bag filter (yellow and white) is a four ply product consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side and a needled fiber media on the air leaving side with a latex foam backing for excellent particle retention.
    • Third Stage – The A-3000 five pocket bag filter is a multi-layer product made with an open fiber layer on the air entering side followed by a multi-ply synthetic fiber media on the air leaving side with a spun bonded scrim backing. The A-3000 bag exceeds the NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the first two layers.
