OSM-100 System

    • The ATI OSM-100 System is the original NESHAP filter system tested under the 319 method for existing paint booths.
    • The OSM-100 is a two-stage system consisting of a pre-filter pad followed by a two pocket bag filter. It is a self-sealing and self-supporting system that allows upgradingyour existing paint booth overspray collection system without any structural modifications. The OSM-100 system is especially effective on high solids paints.
    • First Stage – The Ultra™ pre-filter pad (purple and white) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
    • Second Stage – The OSM-100 two pocket bag filter (yellow and white) is a four ply product consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side and a needled fiber media on the air leaving side with a latex foam backing for excellent particle retention on smaller particles. The OSM-100 bag can exceed NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the pre-filter.

OSM-200 System

    • The ATI OSM-200 System is NESHAP compliant tested under the EPA Method 319.
    • The OSM-200 is a two-stage system consisting of an Ultra pre-filter media pad or blanket followed by a OSM-200, 4-ply self supported multi-pocket filter.
    • First Stage – The Ultra pre-filter (installed in pad or pre-cut blanket form) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
    • Second Stage – The final filter is a four ply self supported OSM-200 pocket filter consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side along with an added tackifier on the air leaving side of the pre-filter layer. The final layer is a tightly needled fiber media on the air leaving side for particle retention. The OSM-200 bag can exceed NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the pre-filter.
Test Method 319:

A-3000 System

    • The ATI A-3000 System is the NESHAP system of choice for new paint booths.
    • The A-3000 is a three-stage system consisting of a pre-filter pad, followed by a two pocket bag filter, followed by a five pocket bag filter. The A-3000 system is ideal for a VOC incineration system or in a painting or de-painting recirculation system where almost total elimination of particulate is required.
    • First Stage – The Ultra pre-filter pad (purple and white) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
    • Second Stage – The OSM-100 two pocket bag filter (yellow and white) is a four ply product consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side and a needled fiber media on the air leaving side with a latex foam backing for excellent particle retention.
    • Third Stage – The A-3000 five pocket bag filter is a multi-layer product made with an open fiber layer on the air entering side followed by a multi-ply synthetic fiber media on the air leaving side with a spun bonded scrim backing. The A-3000 bag exceeds the NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the first two layers.

BLACK MAX is a highly concentrated cleaning system that removes a broad range of soils quickly and with minimum effort. Its ingredients act synergistically to penetrate, emulsify and sequester contaminants for easy rinsing away with water. It is specially formulated for the cleaning and brightening of air conditioning condenser coils. It is non-acidic, non-flammable and contains no toxic petroleum or chlorinated solvents. The surfactants used in BLACK MAX are biodegradable.

HYDRO-TREAT – Color Coded Cooling Water Treatment
HYDRO-TREAT utilizes polymerphosphonates for scale control; corrosion control is maintained by the formation of a protective molybdenum film on metal surfaces. HYDRO-TREAT also contains dispersants and peptizing agents to keep heat transfer surfaces free of insoluble materials such as silt, sand and airborne particles.
HYDRO-TREAT makes cooling water treatment dosage a simple matter of matching colors. Addition of HYDRO-TREAT will turn circulating water blue. Treatment levels are easily maintained by using HYDRO-TREAT color coded visual test strips.

HYDROX – Scale Remover

ENVIRO-SOLV – Non-Chlorinated Degreasing Solvent
Fully complies with (LVP) exemption set by the California Air Resources Board for V.O.C.’s in consumer products. This product does not contain SARA Title III Section 313 reportable ingredients.
ENVIRO-SOLV DEGREASING SOLVENT is ideal for use by technicians in H.V.A.C., refrigeration and electrical industries. It will safely and effectively remove oil, grease and greasy grime from mechanical parts, sheet metal, coils, switches, motor armatures, etc. ENVIRO-SOLV DEGREASING SOLVENT is a unique, full-strength solvent that combines cleaning effectiveness with personal safety and environmental concerns. Unlike commonly used solvents that contain chlorinated hydrocarbons, this product contains no suspected human cancer causing material or toxic substances as defined by SARA Title III, Section 313. Due to its slow evaporation rate, this product is excellent for use in dip tanks. It evaporates completely, residue free, at about the same rate as water. If desired, accelerated evaporation can be achieved by forced air drying or wiping dry with a clean cloth. ENVIRO-SOLV DEGREASING SOLVENT has a flash point of 175° F (minimum) and is classified as a combustible liquid. Do not use near fire or flame. If this product is accidentally spilled, it is not subject to any special reporting under the requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

HY-SOL – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Condenser Coil Cleaner
A highly concentrated solvent designed to lift away dirt, grease, oil and grime from refrigeration and air conditioning condenser coils. Cleaning is quick and effective. Ideally suited for use on condenser coils where water clean-up is a problem. NOTE: Do NOT allow HY-SOL to contact polystyrene foam, immediate damage will occur. This product may affect certain plastics commonly used for drain pans and other components. Do not allow HY-SOL to remain in contact with plastics. Wipe immediately with a cloth or paper towel. Track Connectors – Corner Connector
Use of corner connectors enable track to be assembled into a rigid frame that can attach directly to the surround of a condenser coil opening. The track creates an additional .75″ stand-off away from the outer surface of the unit – thus helping to enhance coil protection. For internal filter applications, the rigid frame can accommodate different filter grades and be slid into an internal filter rack as a pre-filter which will protect pleated and box style filters as a Pre-filter.

Track Connectors – “T” Connector
“T” Connectors are used to connect lengths of track end to end or to create middle supports across the width of an intake opening thus providing lateral support under the flow of air. When using the Cut Mesh Filter Screens (available as an add-on to the three Hail Master Kits) you can field insert grommets down the center support to provide even greater strength and stability.
