- Designed for cleanrooms, laboratories, or any controlled area requiring clean air from Class M 6.5 (100,00) ISO 14644 Level 8 to Class M 1.5 (1) ISO 14644 Level 3
- Efficiencies ranging from 99.99% on .3 micron particles to 99.9995% on .12 micron
- Tested for pressure drop and scan tested for pinhole leaks
- Lightweight, low profile
- Constructed out of anodized aluminum on the filter cell side
- Mill finish aluminum plenum back
- All modules have a centerboard and one port (standard) to measure static pressure and adjust the diffusion plate
