OSM-200 System
Product Description
- The ATI OSM-200 System is NESHAP compliant tested under the EPA Method 319.
- The OSM-200 is a two-stage system consisting of an Ultra pre-filter media pad or blanket followed by a OSM-200, 4-ply self supported multi-pocket filter.
- First Stage – The Ultra pre-filter (installed in pad or pre-cut blanket form) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.
- Second Stage – The final filter is a four ply self supported OSM-200 pocket filter consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side along with an added tackifier on the air leaving side of the pre-filter layer. The final layer is a tightly needled fiber media on the air leaving side for particle retention. The OSM-200 bag can exceed NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the pre-filter.
